INFORMATION FOR NEW EXHIBITORS link
First Time Exhibitors
1. Call fair office 482-6200 to obtain an exhibitor number.
(This will be your number every year, except when changing from youth to adult)
2. Obtain a current year “Exhibitor Guide” book or look on the internet.

3. Determine what department/section/class you will enter.
(There is a separate youth section)
4. Fill out the entry form and return it to the fair office by designated date.
(Determine entry fee for animal exhibits and pay fees on time of registration noting that there are late fees)
5. Bring entries to exhibit building at designated date and times. STILL EXHIBITS- the WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON BEFORE THE FAIR BEGINS.
Registration Deadlines: Call the fair office for more information. Office hours are Wednesdays from 12 to 3 but leave a message and we will get back to you if you can not call during those times.

PRE-REGISTER Market Hogs: May 15 Superintendent Terrie Bray
PRE-REGISTER Market Lambs: June 1 Superintendents: Tina Ozanich, Steve Palosaari, Ricky Ahola
Registration: Youth Clubs (still exhibits) and Animals - August 18, 2010, 7 p.m.
Registration: Open Youth and Open Adult (still exhibits) - August 23, 2010, 12 noon.
