6:45 pm - Riders Meeting

Rules:

Participants are solely responsible for their safety.

Rider classification is determined by the meet referee.

No rider under the legal age of majority in the state in which the meet takes place may compete without the written consent (signature on liability releases and entry forms) of his/her parents.

All race personnel, officials, riders, mechanics, anyone associated with the riders shall not consume or be under the influence of intoxicants or drugs that could affect their normal mental or physical ability.

All riders and other race personnel shall assess for themselves the track, facilities, existing conditions and other matters relating to safety. The Houghton County Fair Association cannot and does not undertake to supervise any competition. All riders and race personnel shall rely on their own judgment and assume all risks of participating in competition in any manner. The referee has the power to disqualify any motorcycle that does not conform to the rules, and he may inspect any part of a motorcycle entered.

A helmet shall be worn during all competition. All helmets shall be full coverage or full-face models.

Long sleeves shall be worn in all competition. Boots shall be worn in all meets.

Rider + 2 assistants are allowed to enter fairgrounds without paying gate admission.

Race referee is Neil Marietta.

All Quads (4-wheelers) shall have visible rider numbers for scoring. NO EXCEPTIONS!

All classes are payback classes.

Classes are subject to a minimum number of riders. Race referee will decide which classes will run and the order in which they will run.

Attendance at riders meeting is MANDATORY.

Referee will decide scoring method depending on number of entries.

It is the riders responsibility to find out which scoring method will be used prior to racing.
