Youth Talent Show

Dept. 84, Section A, Class 1 (age 7 to 12), or Class 2 (age 13 to 18)

Rules, 3 to 5 minute performance, individual talent only, provide a CD if music is needed, various talent (sing, dance, reading, etc.) Limited to first 25 exhibitors.

Premiums: Class 1 top prize, $50,  Class 2 top prize, $75.  Fill out the exhibitor form below and bring it or send it to the fair office to register!

THE CHICAGO HONEY BEAR DANCERS WILL BE CONDUCTING A PERFORMING ARTS WORKSHOP PRIOR TO THE YOUTH TALENT SHOW on Saturday, August 29, at 11:00 a.m. THE GROUP HAS APPEARED ON AMERICAN IDOL AND HAS GONE OVERSEAS TO ENTERTAIN OUR TROOPS.  THEIR BEGINNING WAS AS CHICAGO BEAR CHEERLEADERS.  THE WORKSHOP WILL BE APPROXIMATELY AN HOUR LONG WITH THE INTENTION TO HAVE YOU BECOME A BETTER STAGE PERFORMER.  A SINGER IN THE GROUP WILL HOLD A CLINIC FOR SINGERS DURING THIS TIME.  This will be open to youth talent show performers and others, and will be held in the Houghton County Arena.
